本文针对矿山建筑工程的特点,结合工程实例,从方案优化、现场管理、结算把关等方面,阐述了矿山建筑工程造价管理工作的方法和要点,以实现造价管理的预期目标。

Based on the characteristics of mine architecture construction and real construction cases,this paper illustrates main management methods and critical factors in mine architecture construction,from perspectives such as optimizing proposals,on-set management,final audition,aiming to complete the expected audition management goal.
