摘要
以建筑石膏粉为主要成分与部分含硅铝活性材料废弃物配合，加入少量外加剂、减水剂等研制成防水石膏空心砌块。其密度为１４５７ｋｇ／ｍ３，软化系数为０．８２，抗压强度为１７．７２ＭＰａ，抗折强度为４．１４ＭＰａ。介绍了该砌块的设计原则、原材料技术要求、工艺流程。
The waterproof hollow gypsum block is developed from building plaster powder as main composition and part rejected active material containing silica or aluminium with small additives and water reducer. The product density is 1457kg/m3 with softness coefficient of 0.82, compressive strength of 17.72 MPa, flexing strength of 4.14 MPa. This paper outlines the design principle of the block formula, technical requirement for raw materials, flowsheet, optimum batch and product property.
