摘要
根据已知的数据采用PRO/E对矿井提升机主轴三维建模,利用有限元分析的方法对其进行有限元分析,并获得危险截面的应力分布,为主轴的校核提供精确的数据,并通过3种优化方案对主轴进行优化设计,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率。
This paper applied PRO/E to building up a 3-D model of mine hoister and making statics analysis by FEM.It obtained stress distribution of dangerous section and provided accurate data for main shaft checking.Optimized design for main shaft was made to reduce design period and improve design efficiency.
