首先建立带裙房高层建筑与地基基础共同作用理论．然后应用此理论来分析某一高层建筑，并与实测结果进行比较。

Theory of interaction betWeen high-rise building surrounded by POdium, with the foundation,pile and soil has been studied. Then, the theory is proved by comparing the calculated result with thetest data of a high-rise building.
