摘要
对LACHAT QC8000型流动注射仪氰化物分析模块进行了优化。在总氰化物分析模块的基础上,选用易挥发性氰化物异烟酸-巴比妥酸分光光度法,实现了易挥发性氰化物与总氰化物分析的简易转换。在2~200μg/L的线性范围内,相关系数r>0.999,检出限为0.22μg/L,易挥发性氰化物加标回收率为96.0%~104%,总氰化物加标回收率为98.8%~105%。
Improve the cyanide module of the LACHAT QC8000 Flow Injection Analysis.Use the isonicotinic acid volatile-barbituric acid spectrophotometer method of the volatile cyanide based on the total cyanide analysis module,simple conversion of the volatile cyanide and total cyanide analysis.Between 2 μg/L to 200 μg/L in the linear range,correlation coefficient r 〉0.999,the detection limit was 0.37 μg/L,the volatile cyanide recovery was 96.0 % to 104 %,the total cyanide recovery was 98.8 % to 105 %.
