摘要
文章首次采用炭气凝胶作为控释载体对阿维菌素进行控释性能研究。利用蒸发溶剂法和反溶剂法将阿维菌素包埋到多孔的炭气凝胶载体内,并利用紫外分光光度计和药物溶出实验对其整体的载药量和载药后的缓释性能进行了分析。结果表明:反溶剂法和蒸发溶剂法制备的阿维菌素-炭气凝胶控释剂有较高的载药量,达24.24%,控制释放时间可长达25 h以上。炭气凝胶有望成为新一代药物控释载体。
Carbon aerogels were first used as novel pesticide carriers to study the controlled release behaviors of avermectin.The loading of avermectin into carbon aerogels by the methods of vaporizing solvent and anti-solvent precipitation has been investigated.The total loaded drug and the release behaviors of the avermectin loaded Carbon aerogels samples were analyzed by UV spectroscopy and release testing.The results indicated that the encapsulation amount of avermectin in the carriers could reach 24.24 %,and avermectin was released slowly into a bulk solution for about 1500 minutes.Carbon aerogels were suitable for novel pesticide controlled release carriers.
