摘要
文章简要介绍了360万t/a煤柴油加氢裂化装置在开工初期轻石脑油硫化氢含量超标的原因分析,通过分析研究,增加改进措施,优化操作条件,最终使轻石脑油硫化氢含量降低至300 mg/m3以下,达到轻石脑油作为乙烯裂解原料的要求。
The paper introduced the reasons and analysis for the off-limits of the hydrogen sulphide in the light naphtha during the initial period of the Kerosene and Diesel oil hydro-cracking plant with the through put of 360×10^4 MTA.Through the analysis,modification of the process line-up and operating conditions optimization,the content decreases until below 300 mg per cubic meters,achieving the requirement of the light naphtha as the feedstock of Ethylene plant.
