酒钢利用黏结剂配入无烟煤生产焦炭的实验研究

JISCO with the Use of Bonding Agents into the Production of Coke,Anthracite Experimental Study

用改性焦油洗油残渣做黏结剂,在酒钢现有炼焦配煤基础上加入无烟煤进行了实验研究。对无烟煤的配合比和改性焦油洗油残渣用量等主要影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明,酒钢利用黏结剂配入无烟煤,可制备出优质的二级冶金焦。

The modified tar washing oil residue do binder,in the JISCO to join an existing anthracite coking coal blending carried out on the basis of experimental study.Right mix of anthracite and modification of tar washing oil residue usage and other major factors are discussed.The results showed that the use of bonding agents with JISCO into the anthracite can be prepared in two high-quality metallurgical coke.
