武都水库土石围堰高喷灌浆试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 高压旋喷注浆就是利用钻机把带有喷嘴的注浆管钻至土层的预定位置后,以高压设备使浆液从喷嘴中喷射出来,冲击破坏土体,当能量大、速度快、呈脉动状的喷射流的动压超过土体结构强度时,土粒在喷射流的冲击力、离心力和重力等作用下,与浆液搅拌混合,并按一定的浆土比例和质量大小有规律的重新排列,浆液凝固后,便在土中形成一个固结体,起到防渗的作用。本文以武都水库围堰高喷灌浆试验为例,阐述了三重管法进行高压旋喷灌浆法的工艺流程和试验效果。 The high-pressure churning grouting is put the grouting pipe with nozzle to the expected soil position by the rig,outpour the slurry from the nozzle to shock and damage the soil.When the dynamic pressure of squirt flow with large energy,fast speed and pulsation appearance exceeds the structural strength of soil,the soil particles mix with slurry under the shock power,centrifugal force and gravity,and realign according to the quality and proportion of soil and slurry.Then the solidified slurry forms the induration in soil to control the seepage.Taking the high-pressure grouting test for cofferdam of Wudu reservoir as example,the paper describes the technological process and test effects of the high-pressure churning grouting with triple tube method.
