Metal structure design of spillway for Nierji hydro project WANG Xing-long, YANG Chuan-wen [Abstract] The sound gate system, rational gate slot type and practical hoist machinery has been used to metal structure design of the spillway for Nierji hydro project, which could better solve these problems of low water head, large discharge, large span and uneasy control of flood discharge regime and meet the demand of control flood for the hydro project.
