Influence of price fluctuation after Wenchuan earthquake on unit cost of building rehabilitation

利用工料指标消耗法,通过统计35个典型建筑工程重建单价的变动情况,分析了"5.12"汶川地震震后材料费、人工费和机械费物价变动对砖混、框架和框剪结构房屋重建单价的影响,所提结果可供未来地震时估计房屋震后恢复重建工程资金参考。

The method of the consumption index of material and labor was utilized to analyze the unit cost change of buildings rehabilitation caused by price fluctuation of materials, labor and machinery. The unit cost change of rehabilitation of masonry, frame and frame - shear wall structure is illustrated based on statistics of 35 typical buildings. The results may give a reference to assessment of funds for post-earthquake rehabilitation of buildings.
