摘要
自2007年下半年美国次贷危机以来,世界经济发展失衡,进而对FDI的发展产生深远影响,FDI的规模、结构和流向等发生了重大变化。未来FDI的进入方式、投资主体、投资领域、跨国公司的投资战略和投资动因等将出现新的趋势。全球行业大规模重组及跨国公司全球布局调整也为我国吸引高质量外资带来了契机,我国应调整引资政策,提高引资质量,优化外资结构,促进经济社会健康平稳发展。
The financial crisis has influenced FDI greatly in scale, structure and direction. In the future FDI will have new trends. The restructuring of the world＇s industries and the adjustment of MNEs global allocation offers opportunities for China to attracting high quality FDI. So it is necessary to adjust our strategies to improve the quality and optimize the structure of FDL
