隧道穿越溶洞堆积物的设计与施工

摘要 本文介绍了合肥至芜湖高等级公路试刀山右线隧道穿越大型溶洞、断层、地层交接复合带及处理溶洞堆积物设计与施工的体会和经验。如:锁定相邻危险地段以巩固作业区“后方”;采用高压注浆和锚杆加固洞周岩体堆积物;采用钢筋混凝土“管梁”整体穿越大岩溶区;采用“眼镜工法”变大跨为小跨,确保施工安全;严格控制围岩变形防止结构沉降等。 In this paper the design and construction of the tunnel for the highway Hefei -- Wuhuwere described. This tunnel passes an area with a mixture of large Karst cave and fissure displacement.The experience of working with the Karst Accretion was described. It includes the consolidation of theaccretion round the tunnel with high pressure injection and bolting, application of reinforced concrete'tube beam' for large eroded cave, as well as' glasses technology,' that is transforming large span intosmall ones to ensure the safety of the work, and the control of deformation of the rock to prevent settlementof the structure. It can he served as a reference for the similar project.
