摘要
本文结合城市风景旅游区的特点,提出了景现,商业和游客之间的制约关系,并阐明了投资者、当地居民(或政府)以及外来旅游者对风景旅游区的开发与保护所产生的作用,同时指出了其地下空间开发的一般形态与布局。在结合上海市豫园旅游商场地下空间规划的基础上,归纳总结了城市风景旅游区地下空间规划的一般原理。
築ased on the characteristics of scenery areas of the city the confining interaction be-tween scenery, business and tourists was clarified. The influence of investors, local inhabitants andtourists on the development and protection of these areas are pointed out. The form and arrangement ofdevelopment of underground space in these areas were described. Based on experience of planning oftourist supemarket in Yuyuan in Shanghai, the principles of Planning of scenery areas in a city weredescribed.
