高职院校强化系部职能的对策及建议——以张家口职业技术学院为例

On the Measures to Enhance Functions of Faculties in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Zhangjiakou Vocational and Technical College

高职院校在系部管理中存在的政令不畅、效率低下等问题,要求管理重心必须下移。采取健全系部组织机构设置、理顺系部领导体制、扩大系部管理职权、加强系部干部队伍建设、加强对系部的监控与评价等对策,以强化系部职能。

There are problems of inefficiency with the management within faculties in higher vocational colleges,which call for a faculty-based management model.In view of this,this paper proposes some measures for the purpose of a good performance of function within faculties,namely,a sound faculty organization,an expansion of the sphere of faculty administration,and enhancement of the faculty executive cultivation and timely assessment of faculty management performance.
