摘要
目的对一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒病原菌进行分型溯源和毒力基因分析。方法采用荧光定量PCR对分离副溶血性弧菌株检测致热性溶血素TDH基因,并利用脉冲场凝胶电泳进行分子分型,利用BioNumerics软件对图谱进行聚类分析。结果从抽检食物中毒样品中分离的5株副溶血性弧菌TDH基因检测结果显示均为阳性;PFGE分型4株副溶血性弧菌带型一致,1株带型与其他分离株有1条带的差异。结论利用脉冲场凝胶电泳对食物中毒病原菌进行分子分型并进行毒力基因检测,为食源性疾病溯源及分子流行病学研究提供科学依据。
Ahn To study the source tracing by pulsed-field gelelectrophoresis (PFGE) and virulence gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from a case of foodbome disease outbreak in Shenzhen. Methods The virulence gene of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus were assayed by real-time PCR,Pulsed-field gelelectrophoresis (PFGE) was used for molecular typing, PFGE patterns of isolates were clustered using BioNumerics software. Results The virulence gene TDH of of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the case were positive, THE fingerprint of PFGE of 4 strains of Vibrio parahaemo-lyticus was the same as in the gene-typing,One strain is difference with others of a band. Conclusion Formolecular typing by PFGE and virulence gene detection can provide scientific evidence for tracing to the source of foodborne diseases as well as the study in Molecular epidemiology.
