湖南省艾滋病检测实验室质量考评结果分析

Quality assessment of AIDS screening laboratories in Hunan Province.

目的评价湖南省艾滋病检测实验室的检测质量,了解实验室管理情况。方法采用发放考核样品和质量考评表相结合方法对通过审批的470家实验室进行考核评估,由各实验室如实填报并附上相关材料。结果全省共有458家实验室参加考评,其中有303家实验室质量考评结果为优秀,147家实验室结果为合格,有8家结果不合格。疾控系统和采供血机构实验室的考评成绩优于其他系统。结论大部分实验室检测质量和管理运作较好,基本能满足目前工作需求,但也存在检测和管理问题,应尽快解决。

Aim To evaluate the quality of AIDS screening laboratories in Hunan Province. Methods The quality of AIDS screening laboratories in Hunan was assessed. Results There 458 laboratories were assessed and the results showed that 303 laboratories were excellent, 147 were qualified and 8 were unqaulified. Conclusion Most of the AIDS screening laboratories in Hunan can meet the standard of qualification,but there are still problems to be solved to enhance the quahty of the laboratories and meet the requirmen of HIV/AIDS control.
