摘要
目的探讨脑脊液中β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测在中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)诊断中的意义。方法用放射免疫法和电化学发光法分别检测56例急性白血病(AL)患者和16例对照组脑脊液中β2-MG和NSE的含量。结果 AL合并CNSL组β2-MG和NSE的含量分别为(5.17±1.28)mg/l和(25.23±6.64)μg/l明显高于AL不合并CNSL组脑脊液中的(1.35±0.27)mg/L和(9.35±3.11)μg/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑脊液β2-MG和NSE检测对于CNSL的诊断具有重要意义。
Aim To investigate the significance of levels of β2-microglobulin and neuron-specific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid in central nervous system leukemia patients. Methods The levels of β2-microglobulin and neuron- specific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid from 72 cases were detected and analyzed. Result The concentrations of β2- microglobulin and neuron-specific enolase in central nervous system leukemia patients were significantly higher than the acute leukemia group and the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The detection of β2-microglobulin and neuronspecific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid is useful in diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia.
