猪囊虫病诊断性抗原研究进展

Research progress of detection of anti-cysticercus antibodies.

猪囊虫病是由于猪带绦虫的幼虫寄生于宿主而引发的一种人畜共患病。由于其发病过程缓慢,临床症状不明显,因而给临床诊断带来了极大的困难。直接从寄生虫的抗原入手对囊虫病进行诊断,不仅能直接反应患病状态还能估计患病程度,因此一直是囊虫病诊断研究的热点领域,本文就将对囊虫病诊断抗原的研究最新进展作一综述。

In recent years,in order to further control cysticercosis ,more and more studies focused on the immunological diagnosis methods were conducted. Among them,the study of anti-cysticercus antibodies were the focus in this field. In this paper,a brief review of preparation of cysticercus antigens,the relationship between antibody detection and its clinical and imaging aspects were discussed.
