云南恙虫病研究概况

Current progrsss in reseach of tsutsugamushi disease in Yunnan Province in China.

本文对云南恙虫病研究的历史和现状作评述。从传染病学的角度,就研究历史、流行病学特点、临床表现与合并症等方面综述了云南恙虫病研究进展,认为疫源区有扩大趋势,近年发现病例增加且非典型病例变得常见,多系统器官功能损害发生率与恙虫病东方体菌株毒力密切相关。最后,文章展望了未来的研究方向。

The research progress in control tsutsugamushi disease in Yunnan including epidemiological features, research history,clinical clinical manifestation and complications have been summarized,the incidence of multi-organ damage closely associated with the toxicity of Orentia tsutsugamushi strain and the orientation of research in the future axe also discussed in this paper.
