Impact Mechanism of Financial Crisis and the Response Strategy of Real Estate Enterprises

通过构建古井模型研究金融危机对房地产企业的影响机理,分析了我国房地产企业现状,从五个方面寻找金融危机中房地产企业的机会,并以栖霞建设集团为例构建了房地产企业发展战略,提出相关措施,使房地产企业能拥有持续的发展优势,能在剧烈而多变的市场环境中取得主动,实现可持续发展。影响机理的研究进一步丰富了关于金融危机的理论内涵。古井模型是一种有效的分析方法,也在一个侧面丰富了企业优势理论。

This paper constructs ancient well model to research on the impact mechanism of financial crisis on the real estate enterprises,analyzes the status quo of Chinese real estate enterprises,searches for opportunities for real estate enterprises in financial crisis from five aspects,gives the response strategy of real estate enterprises taking Chixia Construction Group as an example,and puts forward the relevant measures,so that the real estate enterprise has a sustainable development advantage and a initiative in the fierce and everchanging market environment and achieves sustainable development.The research on influence mechanism has further enriched the theoretical contents of the financial crisis.The ancient well model is an effective analysis method and it also enriches the enterprise advantage theory from one side.
