目的加强门诊皮肤性病科医院感染控制。方法采用交流学习等方式,收集资料,并对资料进行分析找出基层医院皮肤性病科医院感染防控薄弱环节,制订门诊皮肤性病科医院感染防控对策。结果通过总结分析,发现门诊皮肤性病科的医院感染防控隐患主要有:工作人员医院感染控制防控观念淡漠;工作人员洗手依从性差;抗生素使用不规范;工作人员慎独精神差,监督指导力度不够。结论医院各级各类人员人人参与,加强监督,综合管理,是依法搞好门诊皮肤性病科医院感染控制的有效措施。

Objective To strengthen the skin and venereal disease outpatient hospital infection control. Results By summing up the results of analysis, we fi nd the skin out-patient hospital infection prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases, Divisions of the main risks are： the prevention and control of hospital infection control staff in the concept of indifference; staff of poor hand-washing compliance; antibiotic use non-standard; staff inner concentration spirit is poor, inadequate supervision and guidance. Conclusions Hospital participation of all categories of personnel at all levels to strengthen supervision, Integrated management is doing a good job according to hospital out-patient skin and venereal infection control, effective measures.
