高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40治疗低血容量性休克的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40与传统等渗液治疗失血性休克时的效果比较。方法选择低血容量性休克患者60例,随机分为两组,分别测量其血压、脉搏、血红蛋白、血小板以及血氧分压的变化。结果给药后5min高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40组血压即开始升高,血红蛋白、血小板以及血氧分压均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40治疗低血容量性休克时较传统等渗液治疗更具有优越性。
