With the research methods of video statistics and literature study,the paper analyses the competition results,difficulty scores,performance scores,difficulty category,difficulty type,connection movements and performance quality of the first 8 athletes of the men＇s horizontal bar final of the 11th National Sports Games.The paper points out that many scores have been taken for the lack of horizontal bar movement quality of the 11th National Sports Games,that there is few difficult movements and that 360 degrees of twist wrist hold plus Yegeer plus 360 degrees comprehensive hold has become the popular connection movement.
