金湖县华支睾吸虫病现状调查

Epidemic situation of clonorchiasis sinensis in Jinhu County

目的了解金湖县华支睾吸虫病流行现状,为制定防治方案提供科学依据。方法在金湖县选择2个监测村,采用改良加藤法对居民进行粪检,同时采用ELISA法进行血清学检查,对血清学阳性而粪检阴性者再粪检复查。采用压片镜检法检测中间宿主淡水鱼感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴情况。收集保虫宿主猫、犬粪便进行病原学检查,同时开展流行因素及病例调查。采用Epidata3.02、Excel2003和SPSS15.0软件进行数据处理和统计学分析。结果血清学共检测514人,阳性75人,阳性率14.59%。其中男性阳性率为10.38%,女性为17.55%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除6～岁年龄组未发现阳性者外,其余各年龄组均有阳性;农民和学生阳性率分别为14.20%和25.00%。粪检451人,发现华支睾吸虫感染者3例,感染率为0.67%。检测淡水鱼3种共119条,感染率为6.72%。检测猫、犬粪便11份,均未发现华支睾吸虫卵。结论金湖县属华支睾吸虫病低度流行区,且存在潜在流行因素。防治的重点是加强宣传教育,养成良好的饮食习惯。

Objective To understand the current epidemic status of clonorchiasis sinensis in Jinhu County,Jiangsu Province,so as to provide evidence for making control program.Methods Two villages were selected,and the residents were examined by the modified Kato-Katz technique and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） method.Freshwater fish were detected by microscopy.The feces of cats and dogs were collected and examined in lab.Meanwhile,the epidemic factors and cases were investigated.The data were analyzed using Epidata 3.02,Excel 2003 and SPSS 15.0.Results A total of 514 cases were tested by ELISA and 14.59% of them were positive,the positive rate was 10.38% in the male and 17.55% in the female with a significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.The positives were detected in each age group except the first age group ranging from 6 to 10 years old.The positive rates were 14.20% and 25.00% in farmers and students,respectively.Totally 451 cases were examined by the modified Kato-Katz technique,and 3 cases were found and the infection rate was 0.67%.A total of 119 fish in 3 kinds were surveyed and the infection rate was 6.72%.The eggs of Clonorchis sinensis were not found in 11 feces samples of cats and dogs.Conclusions Jinhu County is a low-epidemic area of clonorchiasis sinensis with potential epidemic factors,and the control emphasis should be put on health education.
