摘要
在碱性介质中,基于间苯二酚抑制鲁米诺与高碘酸钾的化学发光,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定间苯二酚的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,间苯二酚的浓度在0.008~1.0μg/mL范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.002μg/mL.对0.1μg/mL间苯二酚标准溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.85%.将本法应用于实际水样中间苯二酚的测定,结果令人满意.
A new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of resorcinol is developed,which is based on the inhibited effect of resorcinol on the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol with KIO4.In the optimum conditions,CL intensities are proportional to concentrations of resorcinol over the range 0.008-1.0μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.002μg/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.85%for 0.1μg/mL resorcinol(n=11).The method has been applied to the determination of resorcinol in water samples with satisfactory results.
