摘要
政府绩效管理是在设定的政府服务绩效目标的基础上,对政府部门提供政府服务的全过程进行追踪监测,并作出系统的绩效管理的过程。可以说,绩效管理是管理者的主要职责。深入研究政府绩效管理问题,探讨其在我国的实施路径与完善发展,对于提升我国政府行政效率,优化政府管理水平具有十分重要的意义。
Management of the government’s performance is to supervise the overall process of the government to provide services and hence make a systematic management of the performance on the basis of the purposes aimed by the government’s services.In a sense,management of the performance lies in the governor.A deep analysis of problems in the government’s performance and an ex-ploration of the ways to improve the performance will be significant to improve the government’s administrative efficiency and opti-mize the government’s management level.
