摘要
非甾体类抗炎药(NSAID)为临床风湿科疾病治疗的常用药,其不良反应尤其是胃肠道反应较为严重。纯天然植物制剂帕歌斯,具有抗炎、镇痛和免疫调节等作用,不良反应小,本文重点回顾帕歌斯在临床风湿科的应用。
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAID） plays an important role in the treatment of rheumatic disease. But the adverse reactions,particularly the gastrointestinal reactions,are very serious. Pagosid has the effects of anti-inflammatory,analgesia and immunoregulation with minor adverse reactions. This review describes the application of pagosid in rheumatic disease.
