摘要
建立某型汽油机喷油器喷嘴内部的三维计算模型,运用CFD软件对喷油器球阀处于不同升程条件下喷嘴内部流动进行模拟计算,得到了喷嘴内部的压力分布和喷孔出口的速度变化等规律。计算结果可为后继喷雾场研究提供边界条件,对喷油器的结构优化设计具有指导意义。
A three-dimensional computational model of a certain type gasoline engine fuel injector nozzle is established.The results include pressure distribution and the change of average velocity in the nozzle by using CFD software to analyze the different lifts of the injector valve.By means of analysis,they can provide boundary conditions for the spray model,which are very useful for the optimum design of the nozzle structure.
