摘要
制动器压盘球窝五轴铣专机,能一次完成五个球窝及螺旋面的加工。生产效率高,设备价格低,零件的生产成本远低于其它加工方法。原有的五轴铣专机加工零件的质量,达不到零件图纸要求。经分析,对机床的结构进行了改进设计,摈弃原来复杂的齿轮传动系统,采用液压结构,在主轴上安装复合液压缸,夹紧工件的同时,消除了主轴的轴向间隙,在驱动轴上安装驱动液压缸,将直接定位改为间接定位,改进设计后的专机加工的零件质量显著提高,达到了零件图纸的要求。
The 5-axis special purpose miller for brake pressure plate can finish processing 5 ball and socket and spiral surfaces for one time of operation.Its productivity is high while price is low,so the cost for producing parts is far lower than other processing methods.Quality of the parts done by the former 5-axis miller can't meet the requirement.After analysis,the structure of the miller is modified,the complicated gear transmission system is given up.Hydraulic structure is adopted,a compound hydraulic cylinder is installed on the spindle which removes the axial clearance of the spindle at the same time of holding the workpiece.Driving hydraulic cylinder is installed on the driving shaft,changing direct positioning to indirect positioning.The quality of the parts processed by the innovated miller is obviously improved,meeting the requirement.
