基于自主知识产权的跨国公司培育研究

摘要 基于对知识产权优势理论的运用,界定了企业基于自主知识产权的知名品牌培育的内涵并探讨了其内在机理。明确实行自主创新经济发展战略,核心要求以企业为主体,自主知识产权支持,知名品牌引领,实现本土跨国公司培育之路。本文分析了我国跨国公司的培育进程及目前发展模式中存在的问题与原因,指出基于自主知识产权的品牌是促进企业内部资源比较优势向市场竞争优势转化的无形资产,进而增强企业持久竞争力,并对中国本土跨国公司培育发展提出建议。 This paper employs the Advantage Theory of Intellectual Property Rights to interpret the indications of creation of self-intellectual-property-rights-based brands and its inner principles.It points out that the road to local transnational corporation creation lies in autonomous innovative economy,which depends on the enterprise as its subject,supported by intellectual rights and oriented by brands.The paper then introduces Chinese current situation in this aspect,and discusses problems and their causes.It finally reiterates that self-intellectual-property-rights-based brands are the intangible assets for an enterprise to transform their internal comparative resources advantage to competitiveness,and it puts forwards proposals on how to create such a transnational corporate.
