摘要
目的对峨眉千里光(Senecio faberii Hemsl)的化学成分进行分离鉴定,并进行活性筛选。方法应用正反相硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。采用杯碟法进行了生物活性筛选。结果从峨眉千里光甲醇提取物中分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-sitosterol(1)、1β,5α-diangeloyloxy-eudesm-(15)-ene(2)、1β,6α-dihydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene(3)、10α-hydroxyoplopan-4-one(4)、friedeline(5)、friedeli-nol(6)、4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinmamaldehyde(7)、loliolide(8)。生物活性筛选结果发现化合物2对大肠埃希菌有弱的的抑制作用,化合物4对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,化合物8对枯草芽孢杆菌有微弱的抑制作用。结论化合物2、3、4、7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To determine the active constituents of the aerial parts of Senecio faberii Hemsl and screen their bioactivity.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography of silica gel and RP-18 gel.The chemical structures were elucidated based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.The bioactivity was tested by cylinder plate method.Results Eight compounds were obtained and identified:β-sitosterol(1),1β,5α-diangeloyloxy-eudesm-(15)-ene(2),1β,6α-dihydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene(3),10α-hydroxyoplopan-4-one(4),friedeline(5),friedelinol(6),4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinmamaldehyde(7),and loliolide(8).The bioassays showed weak sterilization activities for compound 4.Conclusion Compounds 2,3,4,7,and 8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
