平面电色谱快速分离中药成分

High-speed planar electrochromatography to separate components in Chinese medicinal herbs

摘要 目的考察平面电色谱这一新技术在中药材成分分离中的表现。方法选取大黄、何首乌、大青叶等中药材,常规方法提取,用平面电色谱分离,并与普通薄层色谱分离结果比较。结果平面电色谱所用时间大约是普通上行展开所需时间的1/5~1/8,电展开的斑点数量和斑点宽度,也都优于普通薄层色谱。结论反相烧结板的平面电色谱技术比普通薄层色谱分离速度快得多,分离质量也较好,可用于中药分离。 Objective To investigate and observe a new technique,planar electrochromatography(PEC),for the separation of components in Chinese medicinal herbs.Methods We selected Chinese medicinal herbs of Rheum palmatum L.,Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.and Isatis leaf and extracted their components by conventional method,and then compared the results of the extract that was separated by PEC and by conventional thin-layer chromatography(TLC).Results The time for PEC was 1/8-1/15 of that for TLC,the number of spots was more than that on TLC,and the width of spots was less than that on TLC.Conclusion It is suitable to separate components in Chinese medicinal herbs by PEC with RP-18 sintered plates.
