摘要
调查了衡水湖水体不同区域水体的主要理化指标、异养细菌、好氧性纤维素菌与有机磷分解菌的时空分布及变化.结果表明,水体中异养细菌与有机磷分解菌的年均值分别为3 195(CFU/mL),179(MPN/mL).各样点的水平分布数量:深水区<大赵闸<芦苇区<香蒲区<南关闸.纤维素分解菌的年均值是431(MPN/mL),水平分布数量:芦苇区>香蒲区>大赵闸>深水区>南关闸.细菌数量的季节变化,冬季<春季<秋季<夏季.假单胞菌属与芽孢杆菌属是水体的优势类群.
By Investigating the space-time distribution and changes of main physiochemical index,heterotrophic bacteria,aerobic cellulose decomposition bacteria and organic decomposition microbes in different areas of Hengshui Lake,we know that the annual average of heterotrophic bacteria and organic decomposition microbes are 3 195(CFU/mL)and 179(MPN/mL).The horizontal distribution amounts of every measuring point is: Deepwater areaDazhaozhaReed areaCattail area Nanguanzha.The annual average of cellulose decomposition bacteria is 431(MPN/mL),and the horizontal distribution amounts is: Reed areaCattail areaDazhaozhaDeepwater areaNanguanzha.The seasonal fluctuation of bacteria amounts is: WinterSpringAutumnSummer.The dominant groups are pseudomonas and bacillus.
