福州城市湿地流失的原因与保护对策

The Reasons of Urban Wetland Erosion and Protection Measures——A Case Study in Fuzhou City

城市湿地,是城市生态环境的重要组成部分.保护城市湿地有利于解决城市环境问题,并有助于实现城市可持续发展.基于生态文明建设的背景,分析福州城市湿地的现状和流失原因;以城市湿地保护为目标,运用帕累托最优理论和外部性理论探讨福州城市湿地流失的危害;提出有针对性的城市湿地保护方法和措施.

Urban wetland is an important part of urban ecological environment. Thus urban wetland protection not only conductive to the solution of urban environmental problems, but also help achieve a sustainable development of the cities. Based on the background of ecological civilization construction, this paper analyzes the current situation of urban wetland, as well as the reasons of its erosion in Fuzhou city. Aiming at protecting urban wetland, this paper analyzes the erosion of urban wetland in Fuzhou city by using the two theories of Pareto optimality and Externality. Finally, it puts forward some effective methods and measures to protect urban wetlands.
