摘要
目的:研究黄柳菇多糖对大强度耐力训练大鼠血清、骨骼肌抗氧化能力的影响.方法:建立大强度耐力训练动物模型,测试运动后血液与骨骼肌组织中SOD、GSH-PX、MDA和T-AOC等指标,并观察其变化.结果:与安静组相比,大强度耐力训练组大鼠各项抗氧化酶活性明显下降,MDA含量显著增加;训练服药组相对于大强度耐力训练组大鼠的各项抗氧化酶活性有良好改善,MDA含量变化显著,显示骨骼肌组织损伤有良好改善.结论:黄柳菇多糖可以改善大强度耐力训练大鼠的氧化应激水平,使组织中抗氧化酶活性增强,有利于保护骨骼肌组织结构和功能的完整性,可作为天然抗氧化剂和微生态制剂进一步研究和开发.
Aims: to study the effects of pholiota adiposa polysaccharide on antioxidant capacity of the blood and skeletal muscle of high-intensity endurance training rats.Methods: to make high-intensity endurance training animal models,test the contents of SOD,GSH-PX,MDA and T-AOC in blood and skeletal muscle,and observe their changes.Results: compared with that of the quiet group,the antioxidant enzyme activity of the high-intensity endurance training group drops obviously,and the MDA content increases significantly.Compared with that of the high-intensity endurance training group,the antioxidant enzyme activity of the medication group is improved,and the MDA content changes significantly,which shows that the injured skeletal muscle tissue has been improved.Conclusion:pholiota adiposa polysaccharide can improve the oxidative stress levels in high-intensity endurance training rats,and enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity to help protect the integrity of the structure and function of skeletal muscle tissue.It can be used as natural antioxidants and probiotics for further research and development.
