摘要
现代社会充满了挑战和竞争,高校大学生由于学习、择业和社会所给予的压力,使许多大学生心理极度紧张,引发了各种心理健康问题.健美操运动作为高校体育课程中的一项体育运动项目,在缓解当今大学生的心理压力,培养大学生的审美能力,健康人格,和谐人际关系,健康心理等方面具有积极的促进作用.
Modern society is full of challenges and competition.The pressure from study,choosing jobs and society gives rise to the extreme mental strain of most of the university students,which leads to a variety of mental health problems.Aerobics,as a university sports item in the course of physical education at universities,plays a positive role in relieving the mental pressure of university students,fostering their aesthetic ability,healthy personality,harmonious interpersonal relationships and mental health.
