图书馆读者满意度评价方法研究

Research on Evaluation Methods of Library User’s Satisfaction Rate

在建立图书馆读者满意度评价体系的基础上,运用区间层次分析法对评价体系的权重进行计算,最终得到一个权重区间;运用线性规划决策法针对所调研各图书馆的实际情况,计算出各指标权重区间内的最优权重,同时运用灰色关联分析法对各图书馆的读者满意程度进行了实证分析.

Based on the establishment of use’s satisfaction rate evaluation index system,by applying interval-analysis hierarchy process to work out the weights of evaluation index system,the interval of weight is achieved.In addition,the optimal weights of each interval of weight are worked out by using linear programming according to the realities of libraries.Meanwhile the use’s satisfaction rate of libraries is analyzed by using grey relational degree method.
