毒害艾美耳球虫感染雏鸡消化道的局部免疫变化 被引量:3

Local immunologic changes of digestive tract of chickens infected with Eimeria necatrix

摘要 将120只14日龄雏鸡随机分为毒害艾美耳球虫感染组和未感染球虫对照组,应用间接ELISA及免疫酶组织化学染色法对相关免疫指标进行了检测,以研究毒害艾美耳球虫感染对雏鸡消化道局部免疫功能变化的影响。结果显示,毒害艾美耳球虫感染雏鸡后7~21d,其肠液、胆汁中的IgA、IgM、IgG含量和盲肠扁桃体中抗体生成细胞的数量均不同程度高于对照雏鸡。表明毒害艾美耳球虫感染雏鸡后,在一定时间内其消化道局部的体液免疫功能明显提高。 One hundred and twenty 14-day-old chickens were divided randomly into Eimeria necatrix infection group and control group.Immune indexes were examined by using indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemical staining method.Contents of IgA,IgM and IgG in intestinal fluid and bile,the number of antibody-producing cells in cecal tonsils were elevated differentially compared with that of the control group on days 7 to 21 post-infection.The local humoral immune function of digestive tract of chickens infected with E.necatrix significantly increased.
