摘要
目的 探讨沙盘游戏疗法对7~14岁焦虑性情绪障碍儿童生活质量的改善情况.方法 随机将20例7~14岁焦虑性情绪障碍儿童分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组接受8次沙盘游戏治疗,每周1次,每次50分钟;对照组不接受沙盘游戏治疗.采用儿少主观生活质量量表心理测验工具对两组儿童治疗前、后进行评估.结果 经沙盘游戏治疗后,治疗组与对照组或治疗组治疗前比较,除生活环境无明显变化外(t分别为-1.271和-2.012,均P〉0.05),其余量表项目均有显著提高(均P〈0.05),其中生活质量的总分均值、认知成份和情感成份的得分满意度均极显著提高(t分别为-7.961或-11.353、-5.041或-5.484、-7.049或-8.730,均P〈0.01).结论 沙盘游戏疗法能够提高焦虑性情绪障碍儿童的生活质量,可作为治疗儿童焦虑性情绪障碍的方法 之一.
Objective To explore effects of sandplay therapy on life quality of children aged 7 - 14 years with continous anxiety related emotional disorders(CARED). Methods 20 children with CARED were divided into experiment group and control group randomly (for each group, n = 10). The children in the experiment group received 8 times of sandplay therapy (50 min. per time, once a week) and those children in the control group didu' t receive any sandplay therapy. The life quality of the children was evaluated with Inventory of Subjective Life Quality (ISLQ) before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, scores in all items except the living environment(t= -1. 271, -2. 012 respectively, both P 〉 0. 05) in quality of life of children in the experiment group had been significantly improved ( all P 〈 0.05 ) : mean total score and scores in recogniton component and emotion component were significantly higher than the control gorup and than before the intervention ( t = - 7. 961 or t = - 11. 353, t = - 5. 041 or t = - 5. 484, t = - 7. 049 or t = - 8. 730 respectively, all P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Sandplay therapy can significantly improve quality of life of those children with CARED. So it can be used as one of effective methods to treat CARED of children.
