摘要
目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1与早发型重度子痫前期的关系.方法 采用放免法测定研究组(早发型重度子痫前期)和对照组母血、脐血胰岛素样生长因子-1水平,免疫组化法测定胎盘中胰岛素样生长因子-1表达水平.结果 研究组母血胰岛素样生长因子-1(160.32±21.03 vs 230.21±31.09μg/L)、脐血胰岛素样生长因子-1水平(41.21±20.51 vs 80.57±19.39μg/L)、胎盘中胰岛素样生长因子-1表达水平(平均灰度71.13±30.59 vs 110.54±28.91)水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.01),且母血胰岛素样生长因子-1水平与脐血、胎盘及新生儿出生体重成正相关(相关系数r值分别为0.36,0.44,0.61,P〈0.05).结论 早发型重度子痫前期的发生与胰岛素样生长因子-1的水平降低有关.
Objective To explore relationship between insulin-like growth factor-1 ( IGF-1 ) and early onset of severe preeclampsia ( EOSP), and pathogenesis of EOSP. Methods The level of IGF-1 in maternal serum and umbilical cord blood was measured by radioimmunoassay. The expression level of IGF-1 in placenta of pregnant women in the study group and the control group was detected by immunohistocheniitry. Results In the study group, the levels of IGF-1 in maternal serum and umbilical cord blood were significantly lower than those in the control group( 160.32 ± 21.03 vs 230.21 ±31.09μg/L, 41.21 ± 20.51 vs 80.57 ±19.39μg/L respectively, both P 〈 0.05) , and the expression level of IGF-1 in placenta was significantly lower than that in the control group ( average intensity: 71. 13 ± 30.59 vs 110.54 ±28.91 ). Maternal serum level of IGF-1 was positively related to the levels of IGF-1 in the umbilical cord blood and placenta and birth weight of the neonate ( r = 0. 36 ,0. 44,0. 61 respectively,all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion EOSP is associated with decreased levels of IGF-1 in maternal serum and uMbilical cord bloob and decresed expression level of IGF-lin placenta.
