多囊卵巢综合征与1型糖尿病

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征是育龄期女性常见的内分泌失调性疾病,其病因可能与高胰岛素血症或胰岛素抵抗以及高雄激素血症有关.1型糖尿病患者高胰岛素血症及多囊卵巢综合征发病率较高,这与临床治疗所采取的措施密切相关.只要卵巢和肾上腺处于高胰岛素环境,1型糖尿病患者的多囊卵巢综合征发病率即升高,故治疗1型糖尿病也应重视高雄激素血症.针对1型糖尿病的高雄激素血症和多囊卵巢综合征较为理想的预防和治疗方案还需要更深入的研究. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disturbant disease of women of childbearing age. PCOS may be related to hyperinsulinemia or insulin resistance (IR) and ovarian hyperandrogenism. Among those women with type 1 diabetes mellitus ( DM1 ), the incidences of hyperinsulinemia and PCOS are higher, which is possibly closely related to treatment methods in clinic. The incidence of PCOS would be increased among women with DM1, as long as the ovary and the adrenals are exposed to excessive insulin concentrations, so in treatment of DM1, hyperandrogenism should be pay more attention, too. Future studies are needed to determine the best preventive and therapeutic regimen for hyperandrogenism and PCOS of these patients with DM1.
