摘要
研究、建立了水处理系统优化运行的数学模型,提出了最优沉淀出水浊度的概念和各流程间流量最优分配的观点,探讨了系统局部最优和整体最优的关系。此外,还研制了优化运行软件包,并成功地运用于小型试验系统。结果表明,优化运行能节省10%~30%的运行费用,对水处理系统运行与优化设计都具有指导作用。
A mathematical model for optimum operation of a water treatment system was established in this paper. A new concept, i.e. optimal settled water turbidity based on optimum operation of system, and a viewpoint of optimal flow distribution among different processes in a water works were presented. The relationship between partial optimization and whole optimization of system was discussed. To support operational decision, a computer software package for the model was also compiled and applied successfully to a pilot test system. The results showed that optimum operation saved 10%~30% of the operating cost and could be used in optimal design of water treatment system.
