摘要
新建城市隧道通常要下穿某些正在使用中的管线,为降低隧道施工对管线使用的影响,结合隧道下穿热力顶管实际工程,提出一种现状评估思路:对拟建隧道下穿的既有管线检测,获取目前属性参数,利用结构力学理论和有限元方法计算分析其目前抗变形能力,并综合几何尺寸计算结果,得出管线沉降变形和差异变形控制指标,为隧道设计施工提供科学依据.
With exploitation of the city underground space, the newly built tunnel always goes through the complicated conduit network. It is a big problem for the design and construction of the tunnel to satisfy the control criteria to ensure a safe and successful project. In this paper, an existent conduit is detected and the property parameters are obtained. Based on these parameters, the deformation resistance is calculated with the finite element method. Combining with the calculation analysis to the geometry dimension, the control criteria of the conduit sedimentation deformation and the difference deformation are proposed, which provides scientific basis for the tunnel design and construction.
