Early European settlers in Australia created many kinds of 'primitive vernacular'architectures. These architectures were built with whatever materials come to hand and compatible with the growth of the productive forces. Now, the vernacular architecture not only becomes one part of valuable heritage in Australia, but also produces a great impact on development of modern architecture.
