中西医结合治疗原因不明复发性流产患者Th1/Th2细胞因子水平的影响

Effect of Imiquimod OH Th1/Th2 Cytokines to be Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine With Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion(URSA)

目的:探讨原因不明复发性流产(URSA)患者中西医结合治疗前后细胞免疫功能变化。方法:61例患者随机分成两组,治疗组31例给予安奠二天汤口服,同时肌注黄体酮、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG);对照组30例给黄体酮及HCG。采用酶联免疫吸附方法测试治疗前后两组患者血中IL-12、IL-10浓度。结果:两组总有效率分别为80.6%,73.3%,没有显著差异。治疗组:治疗后患者血IL-10升高,IL-12降低,有显著差异(P<0.05)。对照组:治疗后患者血IL-10有升高,血IL-12有降低,但无显著差异。结论:安奠二天汤配合激素疗法从"健脾补肾论治"有效治疗URSA,可能是通过增强母胎免疫保护而安胎。

Objective：To explore the Effect of imiquimod OH Th1/Th2 cytokines to be Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine in patients with Unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion（URSA）.Methods：Torally 61 patients with URSA were enrolled and were radomly divided in two groups.The 31 treatmant group with AnDianErTang and HCG,Progesterone;and 30the control group with HCG,Progesterone. The levels of intracellular cytokines（IL-12,IL-10） were measured in two group patients pre-and post-therapy by ELISA.Results：The total effective rate of these two groups,which are 80.6%,73.3% have no much difference.And,there are obvious IL-10 increased and IL-12 decreased in treatment group,which had a stasisfical signiticantly （P〈0.05）;However,not in matched group.Conclusions：By Spleen-Invigorating-Kidney treatment works,using AnDianErTianTang and HCG,Progesterone could protect the fetus by regulating the response of immunity on URSA.
