摘要
目的:观察蛇鳞草对小鼠的镇咳祛痰作用。方法:采用二氧化硫(SO2)引咳法及酚红排泌法,观察蛇鳞草对小鼠咳嗽潜伏期2min内咳嗽次数及小鼠气管酚红分泌量的影响。结果:蛇鳞草能延迟SO2所致豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数并能促进小鼠气管酚红分泌。结论:蛇鳞草具有明显的镇咳祛痰作用。
Objective：To investigate the antitussive and expectorant effects of Shelincao.Methods：Cough models were conducted by SO2and tracheal phenol red test in mouse.Results：Shelincao could delay the cough eclipse period caused by SO2,reduce cough frequency in two minutes and increase the tracheal excretion of phenol red.Conclusion：Shelincao has antitussive and expectorant effects.
