丹皮酚和芦丁的联合抗癌研究

The Anti-cancer Study on Combinating Paeonol and Rutin

目的:探讨丹皮酚和芦丁的联合应用对人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞增殖的影响。方法:以不同浓度的丹皮酚、芦丁和两药的联合应用处理人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞,采用MTT测量药物对体外培养的人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞的增殖抑制作用,应用两药相互作用数(coefficient of drug interaction,CDI)进行联合用药分析。结果丹皮酚(12.5～200mg/L)和芦丁(5～80mg/L)单独应用均对人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞有增殖抑制作用,呈剂量效应关系。丹皮酚和芦丁联合应用时,低浓度则有增殖抑制作用,但其作用比单种药物弱;高浓度对人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞的增值有促进作用。总的来讲,两药作用性质为拮抗。结论:丹皮酚和芦丁联合抗癌研究显示,两药抗癌作用性质为拮抗,呈剂量效应关系。

Aim To investigate the influences the combination of pae and rutin on nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cells proliferation.Methods Treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cells with pae,rutin and the two of different consistency; measuring inhibiting effects on nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cells in vitro culture by drugs with the help of MTT; applying the coefficient of drug interaction to analysis the joint of drugs.Results Using pae （12.5-200mg/L） or rutin （5-80mg/L） alone will inhibite the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cells in a dose-effect relationship. When combinating pae and rutin,the proliferation inhibiting under the condiction of low concentration,but its effects are weaker than single-drug. And high concentration can promote the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cells. Generally speaking,the nature of the two drugs is rivalry.Conclusion Combinating pae and rutin to anti-cancer,studies have shown that the nature of the two drugs is rivalry in a dose-effect relationship.
