清金养营法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用探析

Analysis of Clinical Application of Qingjin Yangying on Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察清金养营法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及探讨其理论依据。方法:412例变应性鼻炎体质诊断,属燥红质者(73例)采用清金养营法治疗,随机分为治疗组(37例)和对照组(36例),前者采用清金百部汤免煎颗粒冲服,后者盐酸西替利嗪片口服,加用酮替芬滴鼻,疗程2周,观察治疗后及停药3个月后两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后总有效率比较,治疗组为83.79%,对照组为91.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而停药3个月后比较,治疗组降为51.35%,对照组下降为27.78%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清金养营法治疗燥红质的变应性鼻炎疗效明显,而且维持的时间更长久。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of the treatment of qingjin yangying on allergic rhinitis and discuss the theoretical basis. Methods：412 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided by different constitutions. 73 patients whose constitution was zaohong were treated by the treatment of qingjin yangying. All cases were randomly divided into two groups,37 cases treated with qingjin baibu decoction as treating group and 36 cases treated with chemical drugs as controlling group. The therapies were all lasted for two weeks for the patients in the two groups. The therapeutic effects were then evaluated by the end of therapy and 3 months later,with a comparison between the two groups,based on the improvement of symptoms and signs. Results：The total effective rates of allergic rhinitis were 83.79% and 91.67% for treating group and controlling group （P〉0.05）. The total effective rates were 51.35% and 27.78% for treating group and controlling group 3 months later,with significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusions：The treatment of qingjin yangying is very effective on allergic rhinitis whose constitution was zaohong. It is revealed this treatment works excellently for a longer time.
