中风病TCD诊断与中医辨证分型关系的探讨

中风病即西医之脑血管疾病,包括缺血性中风和出血性中风两种。而TCD是采用无创性的检查方法,可早期发现颅内、外动脉血管病变的存在,能够使病人得到及时的治疗。通过阐述中风病TCD诊断与中医辨证分型关系,认识到亟需将中风病TCD的表现纳入中医辨证分型体系中,利用TCD技术分别研究中风各个证型的血流方向、血流速度、频谱形态及搏动指数等参数的变化规律,能够提高中风病中医临床疗效,降低致死率和致残率,对中西医结合研究的发展有着重要意义。

Stroke is equal to cerebrovascular deiseases in West Medicine.It include ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke.TCD can discover early stage pathology of intracranial and extracranial arterial by noninvasive examination method to make patient treated timely.Thtough analyzing the close relation between Chinese Medicine dialectical type and TCD diagnosis to stroke,we recognized we must bring the expression of TCD diagnosis to stroke into the system of Chinese Medicine dialectical type. Utilize TCD to study the regularity of blood flow velocities,waveforms ,blood flow direction and pulsated index of every type of stroke,it is importance to develop combination of TCM and WM,and it can improve TCM clinical curative effect of stroke and reduce the rate of death and deformity.
